Here are some of the questions we are frequently asked by our customers:
Can you import my existing member details?
In most cases we can and in some cases it's completely free! We recommend we import your member data for your evaluation month. Contact us if you have any enquiries or would like us to begin importing your member information.
Do I have to buy any computer hardware from you?
Definitely not! For some of the advanced features of ClubManager you may need to purchase hardware, e.g. swipe-cards and till systems but for daily operation your existing computers will be fine.
How many members can I have until I have to pay to upgrade?
There is no limit and no hidden costs, ClubManager remains the same great price as your club expands.
Is licensing done per computer or staff member?
Neither. You can create any number of accounts for your staff and you can use ClubManager anywhere with an Internet connection. You can even login from the beach to see how many bookings you've had!
What happens if I wanted to stop using ClubManager?
We'd obviously be upset and would like to know if it's anything we can improve upon. If you really want to stop using ClubManager you aren't tied into a contract so we would close your account within one month.
Do you need to come to our premises to install ClubManager?
Not at all, ClubManager is web-based so once your account has been created you can access it from anywhere with an Internet connection.
Can I create my own letters or reports?
Of course you can, simply use the built-in report designer to create, duplicate and modify any reports you'd like.
Am I tied in to a long-term contract?
No, ClubManager is "Pay As You Go".
How much does ClubManager cost?
The ClubManager base application is less than $4 per day. This gives you full member management, promotions, letters, reports, charts, graphs, accounts, basic purchasing and staff management.
