I understand your business because in 2007 I was running my own gym.
Like many other gym owners that I speak with throughout the country, who are possibly just like you, when I was running my gym I found that myself and my team were faced with many ongoing challenges. It seemed that as we gained new members our paperwork and administrative burden meant we spent less and less time with our members.
